At Found Item Clothing, we're fanatical about t-shirt quality. We spend countless hours refining shirt designs and working with our printers to bring you the best possible products.

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. We love wearing our designs and you should too. If you are unsatisfied with the shirt you receive, you can return it for a full refund.

All of our shirts are professionally screen printed here in Portland, Oregon using the highest-quality inks available. We do not use iron-ons or any other heat transfer methods to make our shirts. We only use the highest quality, longest-lasting materials in the creation of our shirts. Almost all of our designs are printed on American Apparel shirts. They are 100% fine ring-spun combed cotton - this lightweight fine jersey is exceptionally smooth and tight-knit. For information about sizing click here: Sizing Info

T-shirts that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for another size. There is no charge for exchanges.

There is no charge for exchanges. Just fill out the simple Returns & Exchanges form and we'll provide you with return instructions. It only takes a minute and helps us provide you with great service.

Please note: the shirt(s) must be clean, unwashed and otherwise in the same condition as when received. All Returns exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping charges are calculated based on location and delivery method. You can view the shipping chargers and change the shipping method using the shopping cart.

All of our electronic payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment, and you can pay with all major credit cards or an electronic check.

When you do business with Found Item Clothing, your personal information will be kept confidential and secure. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will maintain and use this information only toward fulfilling your orders with us. We will never rent or sell your name, address, email address, or personal information to anyone. As our payment processing is done through Paypal, we do not collect or retain any financial information from our customers.

Found Item's HQ is located in Southeast Portland, Oregon. Here's a snapshot of our office on an uncharacteristically sunny spring day. It's nothing fancy but it is perfect to house our cozy slippers and tee shirts.

When you shop at Found Item Clothing, you are dealing with us, and only with us. All orders are filled in-house by our friendly fullfillment department. We do not drop ship or otherwise outsource order fulfillment or customer service.
