Like any good newsman, Stephen Colbert is nothing if not dogged. And hare-brained (groan…). To wit, his appearance yesterday on the program that bears his name. In spite of, or rather because of, a raging fever, he eschewed his typically natty formal wear and performed in a bathrobe, a blanket borrowed nicked from his “Nana,” and a pair of Bunny Slippers!
